Juice and Jobs with Juice is committed to providing a seamless experience for both employers and employees using the platform. This policy outlines the process for handling refunds and disputes.

1. Refund Policy

1.1 Employer Refunds

  • Employers are eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

    • The task was not started by the assigned employee.

    • The task was completed unsatisfactorily and the issue was escalated within 48 hours of completion.

    • The employee failed to meet the agreed-upon terms or timeline.

  • To request a refund, employers must submit a claim through the app’s support center with relevant evidence, such as chat logs or photos.

1.2 Employee Refunds

  • Employees are not charged fees upfront. However, if a payment dispute arises after task completion, they may be eligible for reimbursement for completed work if deemed fair by Juice and Jobs with Juice’s review team.

1.3 Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • Refunds are not provided in cases of miscommunication or changes to task scope without prior agreement through the app.

  • Refunds do not apply to service fees charged by Juice and Jobs with Juice unless explicitly stated.

2. Dispute Resolution

2.1 Raising a Dispute

  • Disputes can be initiated by either the employer or the employee within 48 hours of task completion.

  • Disputes must be filed through the app’s dispute resolution center, providing all relevant documentation (e.g., photos, receipts, chat history).

2.2 Dispute Review Process

  • Juice and Jobs with Juice’s mediation team will review all submitted evidence within 5-7 business days.

  • The mediation team may request additional information or clarification from both parties.

  • The decision made by the mediation team is final and binding.

2.3 Resolution Outcomes

  • Full Refund: The employer may receive a full refund if the dispute is ruled in their favor.

  • Partial Refund: If the dispute reveals partial non-compliance, a partial refund may be issued.

  • Payment Release: If the employee’s work meets the agreed-upon terms, payment will be released to them.

3. General Guidelines

3.1 Good Faith Requirement

  • Both parties are expected to act in good faith when raising disputes or seeking refunds.

3.2 Fraudulent Claims

  • Any fraudulent claims or misuse of the refund and dispute system may result in account suspension or permanent ban.

4. Amendments to the Policy
